Renewing Domains Within 29 Days of Expiration

If your domain name has expired, you can still renew it if it is within 29 days of the expiration date. Follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account: Access your account at madRooster Login.
  2. Navigate to Domain Management: Click on "View/Edit" next to the number of domains listed in your account.
  3. Initiate Renewal: Locate the domain name you wish to renew and click the small "R" (Renew) icon next to it.

Following these steps will guide you through the automatic renewal process.

Renewing Domains After 29 Days of Expiration

If your domain name has been expired for 30 to 60 days, the renewal process differs. During this period, the domain may enter the Extended Redemption Grace Period. To renew a domain in this status:

  1. Submit a Support Ticket: Open a support ticket by visiting madRooster Support and direct your request to the Billing Department.

  2. Additional Costs: Be aware that renewing a domain in the Extended Redemption Grace Period incurs additional fees. The cost for renewal will be $450 plus the standard renewal fee for one year. For example, renewing a .com domain would total $450 + $14.49 = $464.49.
